Hands on, when you need it

Support from an engineer who already knows your setup.

09 / IT Support and Device Setup

When something breaks, you want to speak to someone who understands your systems, not open a ticket and wait. You deal directly with the engineer responsible for your environment.

We also handle the setup side. New starters, new offices and new devices are prepared to a consistent standard so they are secure and productive from the first login.

What we deliver

01

Remote support

Fast help over AnyDesk or our self-hosted RustDesk, with the context of your setup already on file.

02

Device setup

Laptops and PCs prepared, encrypted, enrolled and ready to use, including software and printers.

03

Office moves and new sites

Network, Wi-Fi, devices and accounts planned and installed so the first day in a new office is a normal working day.

04

Documentation

Passwords stored securely, network diagrams and a simple record of what you have, so nothing depends on memory.

What you end up with

Outcomes, not just installs.

Questions we get asked

Do you offer on-site support?

Most support is done remotely, which is usually the fastest way to fix a problem. On-site visits are available by arrangement in and around Manchester, for example for new office setups, network work or hardware.

Do you only work with businesses in Manchester?

No. We are based in Prestwich, Manchester, and support clients across the UK remotely.

What tools do you use for remote support?

AnyDesk, or our own self-hosted RustDesk server, so remote sessions run through infrastructure we control.
